It all started with a mouse

It all started with a mouse and simple idea that Walt Disney created made him known throughout the world. So it is possible to be successful, yes it is! Your thoughts just need a transfer from your brain to paper, then develope a plan and work the plan. This takes out the anxiety of your day, the worry of what may happen to you is gone because you know what to do and how you are going to accomplish it. The problem is that it is easy to do, but also easy not to do. When we decide to choose the "easy life" and letting things pile up on you, then you honestly believe that the world is after you when your own actions prove otherwise. Do nothing, get nothing. Plan your day and the pressure that you feel lifts from your shoulders and then moves down to your legs and you begin to earn your life back. Work harder than you have ever worked before and you will see that life is what you make of it! You don't have to stay in the same place doing the same thing. I suggest you try taking a different approach before your dreams die with you.

The first time I saw you, I just had to have you. I really didn't know what to expect but after I got to know you a little I just wanted more. I searched all over the world to find you and you showed up, some days you were very good and other days not so good, but I am so glad that we are in this together. I am going to visit you everyday and continue to see you forever. You have made me laugh,cry and become brave in the face of danger. When I was lost I remember you and you helped find my way home. Thank you for being here and I look foward to seeing your in my future.

Yoga X- The balance



My mind feels very calm and collected. My muscles relaxed, stretched and peaceful. This late night Yoga session really help me clear my mind of everything that I did today and I released all the stress and tension I had. Breathing through each of the moves you really have to push yourself to move in new ways. I felt my legs shake as a I extended them to gain new flexibility. 90 mins of yoga is a great way to fine tune your body. I feel balanced and I am smiling right now because I did it. I push play again and it feels good to be in the winner’s circle. I still have more workouts to do but again today I made it happen. Thanks for coming by I really appreciate it - Michael

P90X- Shoulders and Arms w/ Ab ripper X!

Welcome again to my blog! Today I finished my 3rd workout which was Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper X. 76 mins of work and it was all worth it! I feel stronger because I didn't rush it. I took my time to make each one count and they all did. My Shoulders and Arms aren't as strong as I would like them to be so I need to really pick up more weight to get there.

Here are my numbers

Alternating Shoulder press 10/10 x 20 lbs
In&Out Bicep curls 16/16 x 15 lbs.
Two-tricep kickbacks 12/15 x 10lbs.
Deep swimmer's press 10/10 x 20lbs
Full Supination Concentration Curls 10/10 x 20lbs.
Chair Dips 45/50
Upright rows 12/12x 25 lbs
Static Arm Curls 16/16 x 15 lbs (Keeping your arm steady takes some serious focus)
Flip Grip twist tricep kickbacks- 10/10 x 10 lbs
Two Angle Shoulder Flys 10/10 x 10 lbs.
Crouching Cohen Curls 12/12 x 15lbs
Lying-Down Tricep Extensions 10/10 x 20lbs.
BONUS ROUND
In & Out Straight Arm Shoulder Flys 10/10 x 10lbs. (You don't need much for this one)
Congdon Curls 16/16 x15 lbs 1set. 20 lbs 2nd set
Side Tri-rises 25/26 ( Tony is coming to my house!)

Improvements: I need heavier weights over all. I know I can push harder than this so I will get heavier weights.
My form is good, I will keep fine tuning it and try to make it perfect every rep so it shows in my body.

Ab Ripper X!
I did all of my ab exercises and I am getting better at my mason twist and fifer scissors!

You have to "Bring It!" with every move and really get into your mind and tell yourself that you can do it. I am on my way to making it happen everyday...you should join us in our *accountability group. We have people everywhere that stopped making excuses and started to change their lives. The support is amazing and we talk to each other and motivate one another to success!
