It takes guts to change and you have to be willing to listen and learn new skills and develope those skill to become great.
In my journey, I have found that it is the discipline that makes you successful.
Don't reach for that other beer, leave the bag of doritos alone and pick up the weights. The discipline to wake up an hour before going to work and pushing play.
It's the hard pushup and the last pullup that grows the muscle and you gotta love yourself enough to kick your own ass.
Get up man, you can do it.
It's making sure you look good for your lady and your kids. You have plenty of time if you think about it.
One hour a day.
Day after day you sit of from of the television, hour after hour because your tired from work. It's all b.s. 6-8 hours a day watching other people live successful lives and your content with that. Get real man...especially if your married. Look at yourself and don't even try to say " Well my wife is fat so why should I try? Come close so I can tell you a secret...SMACK! Snap out of it!
Yeah we can kick ass all damn day but when your at home and with you wife...your a gentleman GOT IT?!
Your about to leave and your wife has a sad look on her face and all you can think of is..."S***, she want's to talk...but I need my bowling ball." Forget that damn ball...Stay with her listen to her, sit her down and say..ok I'm here.
Gentle, caring listening to the one woman you has given your her best years, her body, the kids and her hand in marriage...
That's MANHOOD!

It all started with a mouse
It all started with a mouse and simple idea that Walt Disney created made him known throughout the world. So it is possible to be successful, yes it is! Your thoughts just need a transfer from your brain to paper, then develope a plan and work the plan. This takes out the anxiety of your day, the worry of what may happen to you is gone because you know what to do and how you are going to accomplish it. The problem is that it is easy to do, but also easy not to do. When we decide to choose the "easy life" and letting things pile up on you, then you honestly believe that the world is after you when your own actions prove otherwise. Do nothing, get nothing. Plan your day and the pressure that you feel lifts from your shoulders and then moves down to your legs and you begin to earn your life back. Work harder than you have ever worked before and you will see that life is what you make of it! You don't have to stay in the same place doing the same thing. I suggest you try taking a different approach before your dreams die with you.

The first time I saw you, I just had to have you. I really didn't know what to expect but after I got to know you a little I just wanted more. I searched all over the world to find you and you showed up, some days you were very good and other days not so good, but I am so glad that we are in this together.
