P90X- Shoulders and Arms w/ Ab ripper X!

Welcome again to my blog! Today I finished my 3rd workout which was Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper X. 76 mins of work and it was all worth it! I feel stronger because I didn't rush it. I took my time to make each one count and they all did. My Shoulders and Arms aren't as strong as I would like them to be so I need to really pick up more weight to get there.

Here are my numbers

Alternating Shoulder press 10/10 x 20 lbs
In&Out Bicep curls 16/16 x 15 lbs.
Two-tricep kickbacks 12/15 x 10lbs.
Deep swimmer's press 10/10 x 20lbs
Full Supination Concentration Curls 10/10 x 20lbs.
Chair Dips 45/50
Upright rows 12/12x 25 lbs
Static Arm Curls 16/16 x 15 lbs (Keeping your arm steady takes some serious focus)
Flip Grip twist tricep kickbacks- 10/10 x 10 lbs
Two Angle Shoulder Flys 10/10 x 10 lbs.
Crouching Cohen Curls 12/12 x 15lbs
Lying-Down Tricep Extensions 10/10 x 20lbs.
BONUS ROUND
In & Out Straight Arm Shoulder Flys 10/10 x 10lbs. (You don't need much for this one)
Congdon Curls 16/16 x15 lbs 1set. 20 lbs 2nd set
Side Tri-rises 25/26 ( Tony is coming to my house!)

Improvements: I need heavier weights over all. I know I can push harder than this so I will get heavier weights.
My form is good, I will keep fine tuning it and try to make it perfect every rep so it shows in my body.

Ab Ripper X!
I did all of my ab exercises and I am getting better at my mason twist and fifer scissors!

You have to "Bring It!" with every move and really get into your mind and tell yourself that you can do it. I am on my way to making it happen everyday...you should join us in our *accountability group. We have people everywhere that stopped making excuses and started to change their lives. The support is amazing and we talk to each other and motivate one another to success!
