Yoga X- The balance



My mind feels very calm and collected. My muscles relaxed, stretched and peaceful. This late night Yoga session really help me clear my mind of everything that I did today and I released all the stress and tension I had. Breathing through each of the moves you really have to push yourself to move in new ways. I felt my legs shake as a I extended them to gain new flexibility. 90 mins of yoga is a great way to fine tune your body. I feel balanced and I am smiling right now because I did it. I push play again and it feels good to be in the winner’s circle. I still have more workouts to do but again today I made it happen. Thanks for coming by I really appreciate it - Michael

  1. well congrats on doing the workout!! i know you are pushing to do the program all the way through with NO Excuses and you are on your way . yoga , even thou i have not done it in a while is sooo good. it really does give you a sense of peace...and its a workout! :) Tiyona
